KRIKYA RIGHTS AND OBLIGATION :

To become a KRIKYA Affiliate member, you will need to accept these terms and conditions by signing up HERE. The application is an integral part of this AGREEMENT. KRIKYA will in our sole discretion determine whether or not to accept your application and our decision is final and will not be subject to any right of appeal.

KRIKYA WILL PAY AN AFFILIATES COMMISSION OF THE NET PROFIT (AFTER DEDUCTING ALL BONUSES AND PROCESSING FEES). KRIKYA EARNS FROM PLAYERS DIRECTED BY YOUR AFFILIATE LINK AFTER THEY OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH US AND WAGERING AT KRIKYA.CO.

NET PROFIT IS ALL GROSS MONEY RECEIVED BY US WITH RESPECT TO ALL SETTLED BET LOSSES MADE BY PLAYERS AFTER DEDUCTION :

BONUSES – MONETARY BONUSES, REBATES AND REWARDS GIVEN TO THE AFFILIATE’S CUSTOMERS.

PROCESSING FEES – A 25% OF GROSS PROFITS CHARGES ON PROCESS FEES (DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL CHARGES INVOLVING ALL THE AFFILIATE’S CUSTOMERS).

AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS ARE ISSUED WEEKLY VIA BANK TRANSFER (BKASH ,ROCKET OR NAGAD). A MINIMUM OF ৳500 MUST BE IN YOUR ACCOUNT IN ORDER FOR KRIKYA TO MAKE A PAYMENT.IF LESS THAN ৳500 IN ANY WEEK, YOUR BALANCE IS CARRIED OVER AND PAID IN FULL WHEN AT LEAST ৳500 RESIDES IN YOUR ACCOUNT. KRIKYA AIMS TO PROCESS THE COMMISSION EARNED BY YOU IN THE PREVIOUS WEEK BY THE FIRST DAY OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK.

THE WITHDRAWAL FOR YOUR COMMISSION CAN BE MADE AFTER 12 PM ON EVERY MONDAY .

NEGATIVE EARNINGS ARE CARRIED FORWARD TO THE NEXT WEEK. YOU WILL HAVE TO EARN PROFIT TO COVER THE CHARGEBACK BEFORE YOU CAN START EARNING PROFIT AGAIN.

KRIKYA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE AFFILIATE COMMISSION PERCENTAGE AND METHOD OF CALCULATION.

KRIKYA may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this AGREEMENT or replace it at any time by updating the change of a new AGREEMENT on KRIKYA site. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available Affiliate Commissions and Affiliate Program rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this AGREEMENT.

KRIKYA will terminate this AGREEMENT immediately without recourse for you if there is any form of spamming or if you advertise our services in any other way. You shall not make any claims or representations, or give any warranties, in connection with us and you shall have no authority to, and shall not, bind us to any obligations.

Upon termination you must remove all of our banners/icons from your site(s) and disable all links from your site(s) to ours. All rights and licences given to you in this AGREEMENT shall be immediately terminated. You will return to us any confidential information and all copies of it in your possession, custody, and control and will cease all uses of our Marks.

During the term of this AGREEMENT, you may be entrusted with confidential information relating to our business, operations, or underlying technology and/or the Affiliate program. You agree to avoid disclosure or unauthorised use of any such confidential information to third person or outside parties unless you have our prior written consent and that you will use the confidential information only for purposes necessary to further the purposes of this AGREEMENT. Your obligations with respect to confidential information shall survive the termination of this AGREEMENT.
